Screen resolution all fucked up. Nvidia control panel resizing not helping?

http://ift.tt/2x1trpU This is what it looks like. Its like off-center or something and regardless of what resolution I display in in seems to stay that way.

Anyone know whats up? This happened after a driver update. Ive had to resize before in situations like this but its never been off-center.
