Is there anyway to display laptop's screen in phone or tablet?

My laptop screen is broken and I wanted to know any way to display it on phone

I know somebody will tell me to google it but I already did that but most of results are about displaying phone screen on laptop not the opposite even if there was results about displaying it on phone, it requires to install the software in both laptop and phone. But my laptop's screen is broken so I can't do anything in laptop. I want all the steps to be on the phone.

Sorry for bad explanation cause I am not a native English speaker. I hope you get what I mean
