Asus Z97-Pro motherboard q-code 91

My computer has been getting stuck recently when I turn it on and the motherboard reads the code 91, up until today all I had to do was retry and it would work. However today nothing works! My mouse/keyboard peripherals aren't lighting up, and my monitor doesn't budge, but the usb ports can charge my phone.

I've taken the whole thing apart, I've tried another psu, reset cmos (I think) but nothing. Hoping you guys can help me out before I quit and send it to a repair shop.
