HP laptop's keyboard has stopped working, driver reinstalling doesn't seem to do anything, any suggestions?
- The laptop is running Windows 10.
- Device Manager believes the keyboard is working properly.
- The mousepad is working normally.
- It is a month-old laptop, so this is unlikely to be from wear and tear on hardware.
