My left arrow keys doesn't work on anything, Except for DOOM !?!?

So my left arrow keys dosen't work on anything, exsept for DOOM4, Which means my key on the keyboard is fine but somehow it's unassigned on everything except for doom? anyway to re activate it? I'm using Windows 10

Can't delete .ttf files.

The files names are, "gtaweap3.ttf" and "sampaux3.ttf". I have tried some other solutions on google and stuff but none of them are working. I've gone into the registry and none of that worked and went into the fonts folder and unticked "Details pane", but none works. When I try deleting the files it says the file is open in system.
