Packet loss help

I just changed providers and I believe I'm having packet loss issues, but I don't have a pc at the moment to run a check. My modem allows me to run a ping test ( 50 bytes max ) but what address should I use for Nintendo and Playstation? Google.com shows everything is fine, but I definitely think otherwise. I appreciate your time and any help given.
