Can you connect a second monitor to the HP Pavilion 23 PC All in one? [Windows 10]

I have the PC mentioned above and it only has 2.0/3.0 USB ports and that’s it. Is it possible to connect it to another monitor to extend the display, which has a VGA port?. Thanks!
