How to increase contrast of scanned docs on Adobe Acrobat Pro?

Hi all,

Trying to scan some notes for a mate from a tablet but the contrast is very low. Here's an example. Any tips? I've researched but most say to port to photoshop or GIMP, which would take too long for 100+ pages.
