Mouse wheel only works on one setting.

I have a Logitech G700s and the scrolling wheel has suddenly started behaving weird. I have two settings for the wheel. First one where the wheel can scroll fast and without ''resistance''. The other one with 'notches' like a gear. The first mentioned one works perfectly, but the gear setting has just stopped working. Ive tried all programs and its all the same, so I figured the problem is with the mouse, somehow.

Really hope you can help me out, Im scrooling waaay too fast atm.
