2nd Monitor glitching after woken from sleep

When waking my comp up from sleep, the 2nd monitor is glitching out
I have to unplug and re-plug the displayport to get it functioning correctly. Currently running a GTX 1060 on Win10.

Any ideas why this is happening or how to stop it? Thanks
