Used AdwCleaner to get rid of "Mail.Ru Агент - используй для общения!.url" Related items but I'm still getting the popups and weird russian text on sites.

I ran adwCealer and it told me I had 2 things called mail.RU that were needing to be deleted. So I did that.

But now, it's still happening even though the program says it can't find anything after the cleaning.

Where can I find the issue and stop this?
