My PC is making a piercing noise

The noise is like an ultrasound sometime, a grass trimmer or a small laser.

You can hear the noise better when you put your ear closer to the below of the PC or the fan.

What do I do?

My PC is a HP, it didn't had some big accidents or shocks.
