New Xfinity router keeps disconnecting.

For some reason it only affects the Ethernet connected PS4 and the signal a floor above mine. The second floor doesn't get wifi at all. It happens at random. My connection 2 feet away from it is a bar away from full. It works 5 minutes after unplugging it but just happens again and again. We call Comcast, and they just reset the signal which works for maybe an hour but they're not really helping at all. They tell us it won't happen again but it keeps happening. When it is working, the 2nd floor gets a normal wifi connection, the ethernet works, and my wifi connection is 4 bars. The issue does not fix itself.
