My TV never goes to the channel I input?

Whenever I type in a channel on the tv, it always goes somewhere else:

If I type in 4, it will show a 4 in the top right corner of the screen (meaning the remote works), but then ALWAYS go to channel 14. But if I type in 14, it goes to 77.

I have no idea what to do at this point. What could be wrong with it? I've emailed Insignia and they've been absolutely no help. I've reset the tv, tried different cable hookups, and done countless channel searches, to no avail. Any tv experts out there?
