HDMI from GPU to TV no signal.

Hey I’m running a 960 and when I try to connect to a TV over HDMI I get no signal any clue why this would be happening?

Can't delete .ttf files.

The files names are, "gtaweap3.ttf" and "sampaux3.ttf". I have tried some other solutions on google and stuff but none of them are working. I've gone into the registry and none of that worked and went into the fonts folder and unticked "Details pane", but none works. When I try deleting the files it says the file is open in system.
