broken screen on phone need to get data off it

my phones screen broke(alcatel onetouch idol) awhile ago i have a new one (ZTE) and id like to get any data off my SIM card currently dont have time to go in to get it fixed or extracted from store, if thats even possible.

Can't delete .ttf files.

The files names are, "gtaweap3.ttf" and "sampaux3.ttf". I have tried some other solutions on google and stuff but none of them are working. I've gone into the registry and none of that worked and went into the fonts folder and unticked "Details pane", but none works. When I try deleting the files it says the file is open in system.
