HP Printer stuck in "initializing". Rebooting doesn't fix.

I tried this solution

https://www.metahead.com/fixed-laserjet-m1217nfw-mfp-printer-initializing/

and it'll sort of work, it asks language, location, after I confirm those, it goes back into initializing...
