I want my PC to wake me up shuffling my music

My pc setup has good speakers. I like my music. I hate having to choose the song for my alarm clock and also having it interrupted when I turn off the alarm clock because I need to use my devices. Basically what would I want is for my pc to open iTunes and play some music (hotkey is spacebar)

So yeah, the title says it all.. When i try to shut down or restart my PC, I get a screen saying a program is preventing shut down. But I don't know what to do to fix it.
