Prevent anything to get stored on a particular hard drive

I run a 120GB ssd as boot drive on my pc and sometimes I accidentally store stuff there. Is there an easy way to prevent anything to be stored on a particular drive? I want to keep my boot drive clean for simplicity and speed.
