Windows 10 keeps "Working on It" infinitely, can't access my drives via Computer, only via CMD.

Specs:

CPU: 4690k overclocked to 4.5 Ghz

GPU: GTX 970,

RAM: 16 GB (Can't remember model).

PSU: 550W.

Storage: 3x SSD's and 1x External HDD (brand new) and 1x Internal HDD.

Ran HDD tests using HD Tune and none of drives have any errors or unusual response rates.

Windows 10 Pro x64, all latest updates installed.
