Extracting URL from hyperlink function

Hi all, I currently have a hyperlink function that is meant to go straight to the first returned search (like I'm Feeling Lucky) on a keyword (from column D) from a specific website (mindat.org). It looks like this:

=HYPERLINK(CONCATENATE("http://ift.tt/2h1hfnh;," ",D2))

For example, cell D2 is "Lookout Prospect" and is directed to http://ift.tt/2z4sh26.

I'd like to have that URL (and the 4185) in additional columns. This is my first crash course in excel/sheets and I'd really be grateful for some guidance.
