So basically, in school (business/management class [college]) I was assigned a non-profit, and was asked to help them solve a problem with my team. The problem they had was that they were unable to keep track of their members effectively. So, with the lack of a technical background we have decided to do a membership card in which they can scan in. Obviously, the scanning systems are expensive, so we are attempting to use QR codes on the cards. Currently, we are able to type in a name and get a custom QR code for their name (Google Sheets); and we have a way if we type in their name we get a time and date (Excel). Now, we are needing help on combining these two and finding some sort of App that will scan the QR and send it to a database!
