Selling Used laptop on Ebay, but want to delete my current data except windows 10.

Like the title says I am selling a used laptop on ebay. Before I ship it off, I want to make sure all of my information is off the laptop, (saved passwords and programs), but I want to keep the OS intact for the buyer. I currently have steam and chrome, among other applications, which have some of my passwords saved on them, (steam has my credit card info on it). I just want to make sure I effectively erase everything I put on the laptop. If anyone could help that would be great.
