Description of problem

A few weeks ago, and I think this may have been after a Windows 10 update, I started getting this error when I plugged in my usb devices. This error usually occurs after I eject the device safely and pull it out. Sometimes it occurs when I put the device in.

These are the error and this...unknown device that keeps popping up in device manager.

Uninstalling the device doesn't work as it keeps coming back later.

I have uninstalled the drivers, I have tried updating the drivers, I even tried changing the driver type, this did nothing to prevent the issue.

I have heard people were able to fix this issue by taking out the power supply. But this can't be possible on a desktop as that will cause the desktop to shut down.

It doesn't appear to affect my everyday use of the computer, but I worry it could lead to something bad sooner or later, so I would like to fix it.

This also sometimes happens when starting a game. I once heard it when launching Blizzard App...so I am worried it's something more than a usb device issue.

Can someone please help? I haven't gotten any good advice on how to fix this issue. so any help would be appreciated.
