NVIDIA NetworkService Container Service won't start

When I launch GeForce Experience, no Games can be found, I cannot add any Game Locations either.

After ~30 seconds of idling: http://ift.tt/2f3cKah

After some research, apparently it is something to do with the NVIDIA NetworkService Container Service.

Every other service but the NVIDIA network service is running: http://ift.tt/2higqWl

When I try to Start the service manually, I get this: http://ift.tt/2f348jY

I have since uninstalled ALL NVIDIA products and reinstalled them with the same issue.

Any help would be great!

All started when I tried to update my existing GeForce installation

I think I have a GTX 960?
