Just replaced my HDD with a 120 GB SSD on my Dell Inspiron 15 3521. Randomly crashes into blue screen

Windows 7

Computer Specs (PSU, GPU, CPU, RAM, Motherboard)

Intel i3-3227U CPU @ 1.90 GHz. 4 GB Ram. Intel HD Graphics

120 GB Transcend SSD, partitioned into two separate drives.

As per the title, I have a blue screen problem. The most I could gather is this:-

Appears to be random. Not noticed any triggers so far.
