Bluetooth range extender to find lost pet wearing tile ble bluetooth Device?

So I'm trying to find my car which his a tile Bluetooth device on her collar but the neighborhood she ran into is gated and I'm trying to find where she is.

So Android has a lot of Bluetooth device scanning apps, is there by any chance a range extender I can connect to Android or PC to help me find a device further away than the standard 30 feet? If I could scan over 150 feet I would be golden. This cat is seriously the Michael Jordan of hiding, so it's been a nightmare trying to locate her. She walks near the apartment sometimes just to mess with me so I'm getting desperate for ways to find her.

Nobody has tile in the area so I can't use the community feature BTW.
