Deleted virus that ran a script on boot, now getting Windows Script Host errors due to the script being deleted

I noticed a folder called "INTELL" on my computer, which had a batch file and another file just called "russian", so I scanned the folder with Malwarebytes which confirmed that it was malicious. After this, I deleted the entire folder.

However, when I start Windows now, I get an error from Windows Script Host stating - Cannot find script file: "c:\Intell\POOL\russian.vbs"

How do I prevent this script from attempting to run on every boot? I tried the Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool, and another full scan with Malwarebytes, but no luck.
