Microphone volume adjusting on its own
Hey, the title was a bit vague. Here's what I've got going on: -I work at a call center, we use the service YTEL for our dialer.
-When people are on the phones, there's a reoccurring issue of the microphone's volume going down on itself.
-I've looked into this issue multiple times as it's continued to happen.
-I have made sure the "application has exclusive control of this device" in the sound options has been unchecked, so it's not on.
-I have also cleared cache on the browsers, disabled and re enabled the microphone.
-This happens on multiple towers, not just one. And it will happen to people each at a time ( in example, Frank will have it one week, Gina will have the issue the next week, Don will after that, etc. ) never two people at the same time. (Yet.)
-Is this an issue on Ytel's side? Or is there a fix for it? I have tried many other things, so if your suggestion has been tried, i'll be sure to let you know.
