Getting spam e mails that uses real name from friends in a random email address

As the title states.

In outlook I get sometime a spam mail (the spam folder catches it) and its is like FRIENDSNAME12312@someadress.com the address is not the same as the real address the friend is using, only his name is the same.

What is this and why am i getting this? I checked activity in my outlook account and it sometimes show that they only tried to log in from somewhere on the earth.

I have 2 factor auth and regular password changes.
