Frame rate spikes only in Counter Strike Global Offensive. Have had this problem for years.

Im not sure if this is the right place to post this, but i've been googling for hours and tried every "solution". Basically CS go is the only PC game i have that has horrible fps lag spikes. Ive had this problem since I bought my PC in late 2012, so I dont think any amount of hardware/game updates will help. I uninstalled and reinstalled this game a year later like 5 times hoping it would be fixed. Even on low settings it still does the same thing. Ive tried different combinations of core affinity in task manager. Fiddled around in Radeon settings. No other Source engine game has this problem. I suspect that it has something to do with my processor, although 6 cores should be more than enough. I also updated my BIOS today for the hell of it, not a difference.
