Constant internet spikes

Hi everyone. I'm very inept with networks so I'm looking for some help. For the last two days or so my internet has been completely unstable and this has shown up most during gaming. At random the connection will simply drop completely then suddenly spike back after a few seconds (some drops last for up to a minute); as you can imagine this makes online gaming most annoying. I took a screen dump of the resource manager when this was happening (see here). From what I can see my connection is constantly dropping and spiking back up.

Whilst my computer is connected via Ethernet, the wireless that runs through the house is also effected, seemingly more so. Drops in the wireless can last up to 10 minutes sometimes.

I've restarted the router multiple times and even called my ISP who claim there is no issue on there end.

Any help?
