Lost my phone, can I somehow receive a text on my macbook or elsewhere for the same number (NOT IMESSAGE)

So I'm currently locked out of my emails and my facebook and the only way to get them unlocked is if they send a text to my old number (lost phone) so I'm wondering if I can link my number to mac or somewhere so I can receive the text?

This is not imessage just a normal text
