Computer refuses to recognise more than 1 DS4 Controller, and has audio issues too

This is quite weird, considering its a Predator computer. Help. My computer either refuses to recognise more than 1 controller, or it just says it malfunctioned and its unknown. I've tested the USB ports and they work completely fine, as well as the controllers, as well as the cables. Additionally, I have audio problems too where the mic always sounds like static or is extremely loud/soft etc... I have absolutely no idea what is going on.. I've tried multiple mics over and over again.
