Winserv.exe eating my CPU

After downloading vjoy to try for the dnd multiplayer i legit can't play most of my games because it is too laggy, i've done some research online and it's telling me that winserv.exe is a bitcoin miner. I tried end-tasking it on task manager and it just stays there, tried ending the process tree; access denied, tried deleting the file; "this file is used in winserv". I used adWcleaner and it is still there, tried downloading avast and using my father premium avast and that bloody thing is still there. Last thing i do is using Rkill to remove it and it's still there. It always run when i reset my pc(well unless this thing resetted itself by bluescreening but that's another topic i just need to remove winserv) and can't be stopped or removed. . Please help i can't farm pp this way and thanks.
