PC crashes and restarts unexpectedly

it says it will have to restart as it has encountered some problem called “Stop code: Driver_Corrupted_Expool”

"nvfbc plugin window" preventing Windows 10 shutdown.

So yeah, the title says it all.. When i try to shut down or restart my PC, I get a screen saying a program is preventing shut down. But I don't know what to do to fix it. Where can i download the updated driver? Can't delete .ttf files.

The files names are, "gtaweap3.ttf" and "sampaux3.ttf". I have tried some other solutions on google and stuff but none of them are working. I've gone into the registry and none of that worked and went into the fonts folder and unticked "Details pane", but none works. When I try deleting the files it says the file is open in system.
