How to view Outlook GROUP calendar on mobile device

So we recently switched our small office over to Microsoft Outlook for our email and calendar service.

We each have a personal email account, and we all have access to a group account that we use for communicating with customers. We also use the group account calendar for our work schedule (meetings, project schedules, etc)

Question is: how can I view the group calendar on my phone? I can only seem to view my personal calendar. The group calendar is the only thing I really care about. I want to be able to be on the go, and when I get a call or something, I need to be able to check the group calendar on my phone and be able to schedule appointments remotely, without being near my computer.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
