Is my PC ok?

Sorry if this isnt the right sub-reddit for this but i need someone to ask, please direct me to the correct sub-reddit if it isnt right.

Ok, my CPU is constantly running from 50c to 75c even when i've just got a mmoprg (rs3) and a browser open (6 tabs on browser).

My PC shut itself down 3 times last night I'm guessing from the heat.

Also, one of my fans is static at the back and wont move so I'm guessing this is causing it maybe? due to excessive heat.

What should I do?

CPU - AMD FX-8350 (Vishera 32nm Technology)
