Custom built pc won't start up, usb devices are getting power

My computer is about a year and a half old and has given me no problems until now. I have barely moved it in that time. One day I tried to wake it up from hibernate mode and there was nothing. My keyboard and other usb devices were still lit up but no fans or lights in the pc would start.

My friend who usually helps me with tech things is not available right now, so I have to pick up the reigns and start figuring out this mess by myself. Any ideas as to what might be the problem would be very helpful or tips on how I can troubleshoot it myself. Thanks for the help!
