My PC suddenly started to boots up into Gigabyte - UEFI Dualbios. How can I revert it to boot up into Win10?

My PC suddenly boots up into Gigabyte - UEFI Dualbios.

I have to scroll right into Save & Exit, then pick up the Boot Override, the first choice of my main Hard Drive.

I can't seem to find a way to save this settings so to avoid booting up into it again.

Is there a way to fix this? I just want my PC to boot up into Win10 as it normally does.
