I have an audio card I've had for 5 years that worked fine until I updated my computer yesterday.

I have an Asus Sonar DG and a Toner condenser microphone that worked fine until I clicked shut down and update yesterday.. Today, my sound seems to work fine but my microphone isn't being detected. The audio card is available in the drivers and appears to work properly, but in the sound settings under the recording tab, the microphone under my sound card says "currently unavailable." When I hit set up a microphone in the control panel, it says "the wizard could not start".

Any ideas on what the issue might be?
