I can't access the internet on my tablet despite being connected.

I rebooted the tablet and reconnected but it keeps saying I have to sign in to the WLAN network. Apparently I'm blocked to access the internet at this time and have to sign in with the router account, which I don't know. My other devices work just fine, though.
