Latest windows update split my disk into 2 different partitions...

I have my normal C: drive, but now I have a random D: drive that's only 450mb and full of stuff I can't access. I also get constant notifications from windows telling me that the D: drive is full.

Also, it seems that I don't have any options when I right click the D: drive.

Is there anyway I can put them back together, so I can stop getting spammed with notifications every 2 minutes?
