My computer can detect every other wifi around except for the one I want it to connect to

So we subscribed to a new internet provider at home and connecting to the modem they gave us made it have a lot of packet loss so we decided to connect a new router to it and it works really well now on other devices and PC's. But for some reason, this specific desktop can't seem to detect the new router though it can detect the modem and every other wifi around. The router is even pretty close to the desktop. We thought that the problem could be the internet dongle since it was pretty old and outdated so we bought a new one but it didnt really help.

Thanks for your time!
