Description of problem
As of june 2017, my pc would randomly reset, at first it was only on occasion but it grew more and more frequent, I replaced the PSU in july and it was fixed. However now in January 2018 the exact same problem has started happening again, I have stopped using my pc out of fear of the problem becoming more frequent again however now I have no clue what is causing the problem.

Cause/Steps to recreate the issue
At first it seems to only happen when I am doing something demanding such as gaming, however as the problem became more and more frequent and my pc started restarting using regular desktop apps.
What I've tried so far to resolve the issue
I have replaced the PSU, I have cleaned out all the dust in my system and checked my cpu/gpu thermals (both of which are sitting at a comfy 55-65 degrees Celsius after a 30 minute stress test. I have re plugged all the cables in my pc, and have switched the power outlet to somewhere else in my house to see if it made a difference.
