When i turn my pc on it says no signal on my monitor

While i was playng some games my pc crashed. So i waited a little bit and tried to turn my pc on, the power button lighted up and the fans started spinning but there was no signal from my graphics card.

Can't delete .ttf files.

The files names are, "gtaweap3.ttf" and "sampaux3.ttf". I have tried some other solutions on google and stuff but none of them are working. I've gone into the registry and none of that worked and went into the fonts folder and unticked "Details pane", but none works. When I try deleting the files it says the file is open in system.
