Great screen help

Hello, I need help with my computer screen, it has a gray hue over everything making everything look very bright. I tried both output sources with my pc and ps4 and both sources show gray hues. I do not know if it is the back light or whatever is wrong with it. I have a samulshng 27 inch curved monitor, owned for a year no problems.
