Can I have two separate wifi networks on my single Comcast/Xfinity connection?

I have Comcast/Xfinity. I have Google Wifi. I have AT&T cellular service with two phones/users. Wifi calling is also a thing. I cannot make my two phones work using wifi calling at the same time. I don't expect anyone to help me solve that specifically, but I figured I'd share that as my reason for making the next request.

Let's say I happen to have an old Airport Extreme at my house. Would it be possible to use the Google Wifi network with one of my phones, and the Airport Extreme network with the other in order to allow both phones to use wifi calling at the same time?
