HP Laptop making very loud buzzing noise

Hello, my HP Laptop which is running windows 10 started making a buzzing noise a couple weeks ago, it was quiet at first and I just ignored it. Within the last couple of days it has become obnoxiously loud. It makes the noise almost constantly, though on occasion it stops. The noise changes when I unplug the power cord. Can't delete .ttf files.

The files names are, "gtaweap3.ttf" and "sampaux3.ttf". I have tried some other solutions on google and stuff but none of them are working. I've gone into the registry and none of that worked and went into the fonts folder and unticked "Details pane", but none works. When I try deleting the files it says the file is open in system.
