Bios wont show up? but windows 10 works fine

I restart my computer to go into Bios and ill spam F2 or Delete and it just goes to a black screen and my computer doesnt recognize any input from the computer. but my computer stays on.... I have a B350 ASrock Motherboard, Windows 10, 32gb Ram, Ryzen 1600x, and a 1080ti.... I was looking to try and overclock my Ram, but now I cant even get into the Bios....
